Poch works as the Entrepreneur in Residence in ZEN Rooms, a hospitality startup in Southeast Asia. He works in the central commercial team, focusing on initiatives to increase partner generation and partner retention, together with business development analytics and research.

Prior to joining ZEN Rooms, he was a Human Resources Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC).

Poch graduated with a degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
