JM is a management trainee of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). In the past year, he has been doing projects within the different business units of the bank. He is expected to be deployed into one of those groups by October 2020.

He also served as a part-time lecturer for a year at the Department of Quantitative Methods and Information Technology of the Ateneo de Manila University. He has taught applied statistics and financial accounting to undergraduate students of the John Gokongwei School of Management.

JM graduated with a degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
