Ryll Regine Santos

Human Resources and Organizational Management Advisor

Ryll has been practicing human resources in a variety of industries (manufacturing, e-commerce, equity firm) and serving a handful of years in the People department has provided her the opportunity to work in all areas of HR including (but not limited to) recruiting, onboarding, training, total rewards, performance management, learning & development, and strategy.

She is currently the Total Rewards Officer for Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc (AEV) and is primarily focused in supporting Aboitiz’s overall People Strategies by designing and developing strategic rewards programs, initiatives and frameworks that take into consideration talent needs and business sustainability across the group (AEV, Power, Land, Construction, Bank & Finance, Food, Infracapital).

She has used her strong human resources background and blend of experience in various positions within diverse industries to affect positive change in the organizations where she's worked in namely Foodpanda Philippines, Inc., Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, Inc and now, AEV . Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed Ryll to combine decisiveness, business acumen and formal education to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.

Her heart and passion goes across not just in her professional endeavors, but also her personal life. Ryll has a soft spot for volunteerism. During her high school and university days, she was an active member and volunteer of the Red Cross Philippines - Rizal chapter and helped in the organization’s primary purpose of “providing a sustained and effective humanitarian service committed to build resilient communities”. She also openly participates in CSR activities held by her respective companies (i.e. Brigada Eskwela, Tree-Planting, Coastal Clean-up, Blood or other donation drives, etc.). Aside from this, in her downtime, she is fond of traveling - exploring the seas and mountains of the Philippines and the various fascinating cultures of Asia.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from De La Salle University - Manila.
